Nowadays, Indonesia is the largest transcontinental archipelago of South-East Asia, with a surface area of 1 904 570 km2 and nearly 18 306 islands counted as of today…
Being confronted to worldwide economic competition and to considerable social challenges, Indonesia is an emerging country, where wealth is not correctly divided, where social inequalities and poverty are increasing every day, where education and public health are disastrous and where its rare fauna and flora are everyday more endangered by pollution of the waters, soils and air.
Despite a recent economic boom, a third of its population still lives under the poverty line. Many children living on remote islands of the country have a very limited access to food, water and healthcare and nearly 40 % die before reaching 5 years.
Today, Indonesia needs US, needs YOU, and for that, one association: NAOS Solidarité !
This French association founded in 2009 by Pascale Claquin and Jacques Robert attempts to lead actions of development in order to assist the more impoverished ones of the world. NAOS Solidarité also attempts to dispense viable solutions to the populations in difficulty, often deprived of their fundamental rights and to improve their living conditions on a daily basis!
Since 2007, this association has been operating in the Democratic Republic of Congo, more precisely in Kinshasa, Boma and Kananga. During this period, NAOS Solidarité participated in several development projects:
- The construction of a pilot village in the Kasaï region, composed of an hospital, a dispensary and a primary school.
- Assistance in starting up agriculture, farming and fish farming on a 24-hectare site near Kinshasa.
- A financial participation in treatments, education and food of 25 children of the of the Sisters of Saint Vincent de Paul orphanage in Kananga, Malole district.
Thanks to this experience in Congo, this humanitarian association has decided to get involved in another ambitious project: #GoForIndonésia, which we support and that we will explain to you because we need you
We are a team composed made of five students in communication at ISCOM Paris (Institut Supérieur de Communication et de Publicité):
Louisa, Héloïse, Julia, Marie and Éléonore.
As part of our school project, we met Pascale and Jacques, the project promoters of #GoForIndonésia that we decided to support voluntarily. To support this project, our team is trying to set up a crowdfunding operation allowing NAOS Solidarité to finance #GoForIndonésia!
#GoForIndonésia aims to prove that with little, we can do a lot!
The primary goal of #GoForIndonésia is to create a pole of development for the children in Indonesia, composed of a primary school, a dispensary and an orphanage.
In order to reach this ultimate objective, the humanitarian and solidarity project will be developed in three stages:
A first step, ecological and social!
Recycling plastic garbage present in seas, rivers, towns and villages of Indonesia, more precisely in Yogyakarta on the island of Java and in Jimbaran on the island of Bali. With the help of poor Indonesians, the goal would be to collect some plastic garbage (bottles and bags) and donate it to a local Indonesian company “WAFA Recycle” so it could recycle the garbage by transforming it either into plastic marbles that can be reused in the industry (create new plastic bottles, garden furniture, etc.), or in materials (used for restoration of roads and buildings).
Thus, the picking up of plastic garbage on the islands of Bali and Java, causing pollution of water and soil, beyond an obvious ecological advantage, will make it possible to employ impoverished people!
A second step, economic and social!
With the money collected through the recycling of plastic garbage, the association would begin to set up lucrative economic activities such as agriculture, fish farming or farming, on leased or bought lands in the area.
This stage of economic development would enable to employ again people without resources and to create wealth over the long term in order to finance the future children’s centre.
A third social, healthcare and educational step!
The creation and investment within the social pole of development for children.
#GoForIndonésia is a multidimensional project, both environmental, social and economic that tries to help Indonesia in the best possible way!
And if today we are appealing for your help on GoFundMe, it is because we need you, to finance the purchase of a compacting machine allowing to recycle the plastic garbage of Indonesia.
Funds brought by this crowdfunding platform will be entirely used to purchase the compacting machine at the Yogyakarta site (Java, Indonesia) in order to promote the development of the recycling procedure.
In the end, this machine costing 4000 euros will allow many Indonesian children to live in appropriate conditions which will favour their personal fulfilment!
4000 euros is what NAOS Solidarité needs to accomplish this noble project!

Aujourd’hui l’Indonésie est l’archipel transcontinental de l’Asie du Sud-Est le plus vaste au monde avec une superficie de 1 904 570 km² et près de 18 306 îles indonésiennes comptabilisées à ce jour…
Étant confrontée à la concurrence économique mondiale et à de considérables défis sociaux, l’Indonésie est un pays émergent où les richesses ne sont pas correctement réparties, où les inégalités sociales et la pauvreté ne cessent de grandir, où l’éducation et la santé publiques ne sont pas au rendez-vous et où sa faune et sa flore d’exception sont chaque jour un peu plus dégradées par la pollution des eaux, des sols et de l’air.
Malgré un boom économique récent, encore un tiers de la population vit en dessous du seuil de pauvreté, dès lors de nombreux enfants vivant sur les îles reculées du pays, ont un accès très limité à l’alimentation, à l’eau ainsi qu’à la santé, et près de 40% d’entre eux décèdent avant l’âge de 5 ans.
Aujourd’hui, l’Indonésie a besoin de NOUS, a besoin de VOUS et pour cela, une association : NAOS Solidarité !
Cette association française créée en 2007 par Pascale Claquin et Jaques Robert tente de mener des actions d’aide au développement afin d’épauler les personnes les plus démunies du monde. NAOS Solidarité tente de prodiguer aux populations les plus en difficulté, souvent privées de leurs droits fondamentaux, des solutions viables pour améliorer leurs conditions de vie au quotidien !
Depuis 2007, cette association intervient en République Démocratique du Congo plus précisément à Kinshasa, Boma et Kananga. Pendant cette période, NAOS Solidarité a participé à plusieurs projets de développement :
- La construction d’un village pilote dans la région du Kasaï, composé d’un hôpital, d’un dispensaire et d’une école primaire.
- Aide au démarrage de l’agriculture, l’élevage et la pisciculture sur un terrain de 24 hectres près de Kinshasa.
- Leur participation financière aux soins, aux études et à la nourriture de 25 enfants de l’orphelinat des Sœurs de Saint Vincent de Paul, à Kananga, quartier de Malole.
Forts de cette expérience au Congo, cette association humanitaire a décidé de s’impliquer dans un autre projet plein d’ambitions : #GoForIndonésia, que nous soutenons et que nous allons vous expliquer car nous avons besoin de vous !
Nous sommes une équipe constituée de cinq étudiantes en communication à l’ISCOM Paris (Institut Supérieur de Communication et de Publicité) :
Louisa, Héloïse, Julia, Marie et Eléonore.
Dans le cadre d’un projet scolaire, nous avons rencontré Pascale et Jacques, porteurs du projet #GoForIndonésia que nous avons décidé de soutenir bénévolement. Pour soutenir ce projet, notre équipe tente alors de monter une opération de crowdfunding permettant à NAOS Solidarité de financer #GoForIndonésia !
#GoForIndonésia vise à prouver qu’avec peu, on peut faire beaucoup !
L’objectif premier de #GoForIndonésia est de créer un pôle de développement pour enfants en Indonésie composé d’une école primaire, d’un dispensaire et d’un orphelinat.
Afin d’atteindre cet objectif ultime, le projet humanitaire et solidaire sera développé en trois étapes :
Une première étape, écologique et sociale !
Recyclage de déchets plastiques présents dans les mers, les rivières, les villes et les villages d’Indonésie, plus précisément à Yogyakarta sur l’île de Java et à Jimbaran sur l’île de Bali. En employant des indonésiens sans ressources, l’objectif serait de collecter certains déchets plastiques (bouteilles et sachets) et de les reverser à une entreprise locale indonésienne « WAFA Recycle » afin qu’elle puisse les recycler en les transformant soit en billes plastiques réutilisables dans l’industrie (créer de nouvelles bouteilles plastiques, du mobilier de jardin…), soit en matériaux de construction (utilisés pour la réfection de routes et de bâtiments…).
Ainsi, le ramassage de déchets plastiques sur les îles de Bali et de Java, à l’origine de la pollution des eaux et des sols, au-delà d’un avantage écologique évident, permettra d’employer des personnes démunies !
Une deuxième étape, économique et sociale !
Avec l’argent récolté grâce au recyclage des déchets plastiques, l’association commencerait à mettre en place des activités économiques lucratives comme l’agriculture, la pisciculture ou l’élevage, sur des terrains loués ou achetés aux alentours.
Cette étape de développement économique permettrait d’employer à nouveau des personnes sans ressources, et de créer de la richesse sur le long terme destinée au financement du futur centre pour enfants.
Une troisième étape sociale, sanitaire et éducative !
Enfin, la création et l’investissement au sein du pôle social de développement pour enfants en Indonésie !
#GoForIndonésia est un projet multidimensionnel, à la fois environnemental, social et économique qui tente d’aider l’Indonésie de la meilleure façon possible !
Et si aujourd’hui, nous faisons appel à votre aide sur GoFundMe, c’est que nous avons besoin de vous, pour financer l’achat d’une machine de compactage permettant de recycler ces déchets plastiques d’Indonésie. Les fonds apportés par cette plateforme de crowdfunding seront entièrement destinés à l’achat de la presse de compactage du site de Yogyakarta (Java, Indonésie) afin de favoriser le développement de la filière recyclage.
A terme, cette machine d’une valeur de 4000 euros va permettre à de nombreux enfants indonésiens de vivre dans des conditions convenables et propices à leur épanouissement personnel !
